Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to private customers. Our entire offer is aimed at customers within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein EU countries. Deliveries abroad require prior agreement.

General

The general terms and conditions are the basis for a fair customer relationship. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions. We do everything we can to serve our customers according to their needs and to their complete satisfaction. To ensure that the general terms and conditions remain legible, we use the masculine form, but of course we also address our customers.

Prices

All prices are per item in Swiss francs. Price changes and time-limited promotions are possible at any time and do not require notification. Our prices are net, payable within 30 days. The goods remain the property of CardmyDesign until the invoice has been paid in full.

Delivery

The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. It takes 1-3 working days for your order to reach you in Switzerland. Delivery is made to the invoice recipient or to a delivery address chosen by him. In principle, the ordered goods are delivered on our behalf by Swiss Post. The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects immediately in writing by letter or e-mail. After the expiry of 5 days after receipt of the delivery, the delivery is considered approved.
